Beautiful Magnolia Park is located on the NE corner of Lake Apopka and offers 17 camp sites, group camping, rental pavilions, shady picnic areas, playgrounds and other recreational amenities as well as a half-mile paved roadway which wraps around the perimeter of the park and is perfect for walking and bicycling. A variety of programs are held weekly including Race Walking, Music at Magnolia Recorder Classes, Homeschool P.E., Walk and Talk and Eco Adventures which is available to campers upon request.
Magnolia Park also hosts special events throughout the year: the Magnolia Park Bluegrass Festival (1st Sat. in May), Pumpkin Fest and Hayride (Oct.) and An Afternoon with Santa (Dec. 10, 2011, 2:00 - 5:00pm with a Movie in the Park starting at 6:00pm).
